Welcome to RHD CommandX, an AI-powered Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system provided by RHD Enterprise. By accessing or using the RHD CommandX platform at commandx.rhdenterprise.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and RHD Enterprise (the "Company"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the system.

To use RHD CommandX, you must:

• Be an authorized employee or contractor of RHD Enterprise
• Have been assigned valid login credentials by an administrator
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

RHD Enterprise reserves the right to verify your eligibility and deny or revoke access to the system at any time without prior notice.

Account Responsibilities

When you are granted access to RHD CommandX, you agree to:

• Maintain Confidentiality: Keep your username and password secure and confidential
• Personal Use Only: Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Strong Passwords: Use a strong, unique password that meets security requirements
• Report Compromises: Immediately notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile

Account Deactivation

When your employment or contract with RHD Enterprise ends, your account will be deactivated. Upon deactivation:

• All device sessions are automatically revoked
• You immediately lose access to the system
• Your data is retained according to our Privacy Policy and retention schedule

Permitted Use

You may use RHD CommandX only for:

• Managing customer relationships and sales processes
• Processing orders, shipments, and dispatches
• Communicating with customers through authorized channels
• Generating reports and analytics for business purposes
• Using the AI assistant for legitimate business queries
• Collaborating with team members on shared tasks

Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action.

Three-Device Limit

RHD CommandX enforces a maximum of 3 active devices per user account to prevent credential sharing and unauthorized access. This policy applies to all users regardless of role.

Admin Device Approval

For administrator accounts, new devices require approval before access is granted. This additional security measure ensures that admin-level access is tightly controlled.

Device Management

You can manage your devices through the Settings page:

• View all active devices associated with your account
• Rename devices for easier identification
• Revoke access from specific devices
• View device registration and last activity timestamps

Ownership

RHD Enterprise retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the RHD CommandX system, including:

• Software, source code, and algorithms
• User interface designs and branding
• Documentation and training materials
• Trade secrets and proprietary methodologies
• All improvements, enhancements, and derivative works

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, RHD Enterprise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use RHD CommandX solely for internal business purposes during your employment or engagement with RHD Enterprise.

Customer Data Ownership

All customer data entered into the system remains the property of RHD Enterprise. You acknowledge that:

• Customer data is confidential and proprietary to RHD Enterprise
• You may not extract, export, or use customer data for personal purposes
• Upon termination, you must return or destroy any customer data in your possession

System Availability

RHD CommandX is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. RHD Enterprise does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Freedom from viruses or malicious code

AI Assistant Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHD Enterprise shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from system downtime or data loss
• Damages arising from third-party integrations (e.g., OpenAI)

Termination by RHD Enterprise

RHD Enterprise may suspend or terminate your access to RHD CommandX immediately and without notice if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your employment or engagement with RHD Enterprise ends
• We suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity
• Required by law or legal process
• The system is being discontinued or significantly modified

Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use RHD CommandX immediately ends
• All device sessions are automatically revoked
• You must cease all use of the system
• Provisions regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RHD CommandX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where RHD Enterprise's principal office is located.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
